From Vijayji "You and I have studied a number of Vedantic texts over the years. For myself, I have been focussed on putting it all together, continually asking what the shastras are saying, and observing my life. This process has yielded good results for me - in terms of how I look at myself and the world around me. More immediate benefits, less to be done later. I plan to limit the number of teaching sessions to 3 each day. Each session will consist of a conceptual discourse, immediate interactive Q&A and followed by guided meditation.
Who will benefit the most? Certainly students who have done considerable study already. However, everyone is essentially the same person, whether a beginner or experienced. So even those who have not studied can relate to the basic concepts and will be able to grasp them. So I suggest that if your spouse, or a friend has been curious about what you have been studying, bring them. "
